Scoping Study on LOTFA (Law and Order Trust Fund for Afghanistan) / Estudio de alcance sobre LOTFA (Fondo para la Ley y el Orden para Afganistán)

Objective: The global objective of this mission was to determine the feasibility of incentives-based funding for the support to payroll functions of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and identify the most effective solution(s) in that respect. / Objetivo: Determinar la viabilidad del financiamiento basado en incentivos para el apoyo a las funciones de gestión de nóminas del Ministerio del Interior, e identificar las soluciones más efectivas al respecto.
